Our mission is to help you understand your mood patterns and the factors that influence them, so you can make informed decisions about how to improve your mental health. We believe that by tracking your mood and the activities that influence it, you can gain valuable insights into your emotional well-being and take proactive steps to improve it.
I’ve been tracking my mood and habits over the past 10 years with a variety of apps and tools, but nothing fit quite right. I haven’t been able to find a system that combines fast and easy intraday mood tracking with habit and trend analysis.
I learned from an early age that taking a step back and assessing how and why you’re feeling the way you are is the first step to feeling better. The hope is that Pendula can help facilitate that. This app is something I’m building for me, but hopefully also you.
Your Data is Yours You will always be able to export your data and delete your account. We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for targeted advertising. In fact, your data is fully encrypted in our systems and the key is stored only on your device, so only you can access it. A fully offline mode is on the roadmap for the future.
Design for the Long Term We want Pendula to be a tool that you can use for years to come, not just a trendy app that you’ll forget about after a few weeks. That means we’re focused on building a solid foundation and iterating slowly and thoughtfully.
